LICENSE AGREEMENT: BUSINESS & ADVERTISING

Licensor: GLOWFRAME LABEL License Type: Business (Commercial & Paid Ads)

This document certifies that the purchaser ("Licensee") has acquired the Business License for the musical work ("Track") from GLOWFRAME LABEL.

1. WHAT YOU RECEIVE (FILE TYPES) The Licensee is entitled to use the following high-quality audio formats provided in the purchased bundle:

-Mastered WAV (16-bit / 44.1kHz or 48kHz)

-Mastered MP3 (320kbps)

-Track Stems (Separated Audio Tracks: Drums, Bass, Instruments, Vocals) for professional mixing and editing.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE (YOUR RIGHTS) The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the Track as follows:

-Unlimited Commercial Use: You may use the Track in unlimited commercial projects (YouTube, Social Media, Podcasts, Films, Games).

-Paid Advertising (Unlimited Budget): You ARE PERMITTED to use the Track in paid advertising campaigns (YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TV/Radio Commercials) with no limit on ad spend.

-Corporate & Client Use: Permitted for internal corporate presentations, trade shows, and client deliverables.

-Editing & Remixing: You may edit, loop, or mix the Track using the provided Stems to fit your project needs.

3. RESTRICTIONS (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO)

-No Resale: You cannot resell, lease, or distribute the Track (or its Stems) as standalone music files or sound effects.

-No Content ID Registration: You CANNOT register your project using this Track with any Content ID system (YouTube Content ID, etc.). The copyright of the composition remains with GLOWFRAME LABEL.

-No Claim of Authorship: You cannot claim to be the original composer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GLOWFRAME LABEL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Track.
