Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Thank you for purchasing from GLOWFRAME LABEL.

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and downloadable files), all sales are final once a download link has been delivered or the file has been downloaded.

No Refunds After Delivery/Download
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the download has been delivered or accessed.

Eligible Exceptions
We may provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge for the same order
- Corrupted or defective files that we cannot reasonably fix or replace
- The download link fails and we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time after support is contacted
